I’ve been passionate about real estate and property my entire life. It all started when I bought my first house and did my first BRRRR: This stands for “buy, renovate, rent, refinance, and repeat.” I loved the process of finding a great property, fixing it up, and then renting it out for a profit.

THE ULTIMATE OCEAN FANTASY FOR A PRIVILEGED FEW
In 2007, I had the opportunity to combine my passion for these events with my career in real estate. So, I decided to “pivot” and joined Douglas Elliman New York, I was on the team that launched the world’s largest real estate project: a 968-foot residential ocean liner with 204 luxury residences (and a 265 five-star suite hotel) designed to sail year-round to the world’s great cultural and sporting events.
This was an incredible opportunity, and I was able to leverage my worldwide relationships within IMG to make it a reality. IMG is a global leader in sports, events, media, and fashion, and they represented and managed some of the world’s greatest sports figures and fashion icons. They also staged hundreds of live events and branded entertainment experiences annually, and they are one of the largest independent producers and distributors of sports media. (Additionally, in 2014, IMG was acquired by WME, a leading global entertainment agency)
Working with IMG, we were able to create the ultimate ocean fantasy for a privileged few. Our luxury residences offer stunning views of the ocean, and they are equipped with all the amenities you could possibly imagine. We also have a world-class spa, a state-of-the-art gym, and a variety of restaurants and bars.
